Itrh Clothings Pvt. Ltd. provides the Services subject to the following conditions. This user agreement ("Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or "Terms" or "Agreement") is between you ("you" or "End User" or "your" or "Buyer" or "Customer" or "Registered User") and Itrh Clothings Pvt. Ltd.("Company" or "us" or "We" or "www.itrh.co"). This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Notwithstanding anything contained or said in any other document, if there is a conflict between the terms mentioned herein below and any other document, the terms contained in the present T&C shall alone prevail for the purposes of usage of the Site.

www.itrh.co is an internet-based portal owned and operated by ITRH Clothings Pvt. Ltd.; a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 (hereinafter 'ITRH Clothings Pvt. Ltd.') having its registered office at F344/2, Ground Floor, Lado Sarai, New Delhi 110030. For the purpose of this User Agreement, Registered User / Guest User and wherever the context so requires '"you", "your" shall mean any natural or legal person who is accessing the Website, its contents and using the services offered on or through the Website and has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data (as defined hereinafter) while registering on the Website as Registered User / Guest User using the computer systems of the Website and accepted this electronic version / electronic record of the User Agreement and has allocated himself/herself a unique identification user name ("User ID" and "Password") to become Registered User or have been identified as Guest User by providing a phone number and email id. Further, reference to "we", "us", "our" and "Company", "Website", "ITRH Clothings Pvt. Ltd." and "Platform" shall mean ITRH Clothings Pvt. Upon "Acceptance", this User Agreement shall be effective and binding upon you along with any amendments made by Itrh Clothings Pvt. For the aforesaid purposes, 'Acceptance' shall mean your affirmative action in clicking on the 'check box and on the 'continue button as provided on the registration page or clicking on the 'Buy Now button while transacting as a Guest User or any act which reflects your use of the Website or the services provided by the Website or any such other actions that imply your acceptance You hereby further agree that this User Agreement and is being concluded and executed at Delhi. Your use of the Website implies that you agree with all the terms and conditions of the website and the User Agreement. If you do not agree or are not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and Rules and Policies as displayed on the Website, please do not click on the "checkbox " and/or on the "Continue" button and/or "Buy Now" button and do not seek to obtain access to or otherwise use the Website.

Customisation Services & Additional Charges

1. Base Customisation Charges

Standard customisation services begin at ₹10,000. Charges may vary depending on the complexity of the customisation requested. Please contact our customer care team to discuss and confirm customisation requirements before placing your order.

2. Size-Based Additional Charges

  • 20% additional charge applies for sizes XL and above (XL, 2XL, 3XL).
  • 40% additional charge applies for sizes 4XL and above.
  • Pricing for extended sizes must be discussed and confirmed with our team before order confirmation.

3. Customisation Scope

  • Basic design modifications and swapping of certain elements may be permitted subject to approval.
  • Fully customised pieces require prior discussion and approval before the order can be accepted.
  • Components and accessories are not sold separately; products must be purchased as complete sets.

4. Order Requirements

Orders requesting customisation must include clear instructions, reference images (where applicable), and accurate measurements. Once the product has been manufactured and fulfilled according to the specifications provided, we will not revise measurements or design details, as the product is made precisely as per your provided requirements. Revisions may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the alteration required.

5. Alterations & Modifications

Alteration requests made after 30 days from the date of order fulfilment will be subject to additional charges based on the complexity of the work required.

6. Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on the website are final. We do not entertain negotiations or requests for price reductions on customised or standard products.

7. Design Specifications

Dupatta designs are fixed as per the product listing and embroidery patterns cannot be customised beyond what is offered in the standard collection.

8. Measurement Verification

For extended sizes (XL and above) or orders requiring special fit considerations, customers may be required to provide a video recording of the measurement-taking process to ensure accuracy and proper fit.
